Barcodesoft License Agreement

By installing or using Barcodesoft font software (referred as software in this agreement, including true type fonts, encoder, source code, installation program etc.) created by Barcodesoft, you (or you on behalf of your employer, referred to in this Agreement as 'Recipient' or 'You') are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, copy or use the software.

1. LICENSE
(a) Subject to Recipient's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Barcodesoft grants to Recipient a non-exclusive, nontransferable right to install and use the software in accordance with the license fee paid.

The Standard License allows no more than 10 developers within your organization to use the software on one server.

The Developer License allows up to 10 developers of your organization to use the software on unlimited domains, web server developed by you.

2. COPYRIGHT
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text incorporated into the Software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the Software Product are owned by Barcodesoft. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content that is not contained in the Software Product, but may be accessed through use of the Software Product, is the property of the respective content owners and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement grants You no rights to use such content. If this Software Product contains documentation that is provided only in electronic form, you may print one copy of such electronic documentation. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the Software Product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Barcodesoft.

3. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will be terminated automatically without notice from Barcodesoft if you fail to comply with any provision contained here. Upon termination, you must destroy the written materials, the software, and all copies of them, in part and in whole, including modified copies, if any.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding any damages that recipient might incur for any reason whatsoever, the entire liability of Barcodesoft and any of its suppliers under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the greater of the amount actually paid by you or US $5.00. The foregoing limitations, exclusions and disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.

5. DECOMPILING, DISASSEMBLING OR REVERSE ENGINEERING.
You acknowledge that THE SOFTWARE contains trade secrets and other proprietary information of BarcodeSoft. and its licensors. Except to the extent expressly permitted by this Agreement or by the laws of the jurisdiction where you are located, you may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer THE SOFTWARE or engage in any other activities to obtain underlying information that is not visible to the user in connection with normal use of THE SOFTWARE.
